We will have the U O R R A class taught by Shawn Johnson on Friday the 19th of July at the offices of the Apartment Association of New Mexico at 6755 Academy rd NE in Albuquerque.  The class will start at 9 am and finish at 4 with an hour for lunch.  This class is accredited for 6 hours of Continuing Education by the New Mexico Real Estate commission and is now mandatory for all of those people in the property management field.   Cost for NON NARPM Members is 75.00  Members of the Albuquerque Metro NARPM that paid current on their dues will get the cost at NO COST.    Paid Members have Priority and the class is limited to 40 people.
